- To reset your password, go to the password reset portal
- Once there, enter your email address and fill out the CAPTCHA and click Next
- Choose the option “I forgot my password” and click Next.
- Choose the authentication method that works best for you, either a text, call, Authenticator Push Notification, or Authenticator code.
- Once verified, you’ll be able to enter your new password. Click Finish to confirm the password reset.
