What are your current responsibilities at XL.net?
– As a member of the Central Services team, I serve as the Systems/Tool Administrator. My core focus is ensuring that all systems are secure, optimized, and up to date. From the initial onboarding phase up to going live, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for both new and existing partners.
What do you like the most about working at XL.net?
– The culture is incredibly supportive. Despite being a remote team, there is a genuine sense of camaraderie, trust, and respect that makes everyone feel connected. Also, the constant problem-solving and the dynamic nature of the work keeps me engaged and motivated.
How do you enjoy spending your free time?
– When I’m not diving into true crime podcasts or long Youtube video essays, I’m usually spending quality time with my family. However, I always make time for gaming! Whether it’s on the big screen, a retro handheld, or the good ol’ mouse and keyboard, gaming is my favorite way to unwind.
What is something about you that not a lot of people know?
