What are your current responsibilities at XL.net?
As part of the Central Services team, I am primarily responsible for the Knowledge Management Tool and Onboarding tasks, including but not limited to the IT Runbook and process documentation.
What do you like the most about working at XL.net?
Apart from working remotely full-time, it’s the people I work with that stand out. Teamwork and collaboration are consistently prioritized and well-practiced.
How do you enjoy spending your free time?
I prioritize spending my free time with my family. Quality time with my wife and three kids is always at the top of my list. We also enjoy playing Call of Duty Mobile together—yes, my wife and kids are gamers too!
What is something about you that not a lot of people know?
Even though I grew up on rap and rock—listening to artists like Eminem and Linkin Park—I was also part of a professional dance group that competed from high school through college. Music has always moved me, both literally and figuratively.
