As a Proactive Analyst at XL.net, I contribute to alignment audit reviews and internal strategy meetings by preparing data and insights that enhance accuracy and drive continuous improvement in our client services. My role centers on identifying issues, problem-solving, and fostering collaborative support to ensure client expectations are exceeded and goals are met efficiently.

What I love most about working at XL.net is the collaborative, upbeat environment where everyone genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in their work. Being surrounded by hardworking, encouraging teammates who lift each other up gives me the confidence to grow and contribute meaningfully every day.
How do you enjoy spending your free time?I love spending my free time with my wife and daughter—whether we’re out at the mall or just relaxing anywhere together, it’s always special. When we’re home, I unwind by playing mobile games like Mobile Legends, Call of Duty Mobile, Magic Chess Go Go, and even Roblox so that I can play with both of them.
What is something about you that not a lot of people know?Something not a lot of people know about me is that while I’m a Christian who enjoys listening to, singing, and playing Christian music, I also have a deep appreciation for hip-hop — especially battle rap like Fliptop — as well as rock and metal genres. It’s a mix that keeps my playlists both meaningful and intense. Additionally, I’m an anime enthusiast!
