What are your current responsibilities at XL.net?
Provide a front line for the Customer to have direct contact with to help ease the anxiety and stress of technology-related issues. The second step is to resolve the customer’s issue as quickly as possible to get them back working at an effective level.
What do you like the most about working at XL.net?
The consistency of the work and Culture as it was presented to me from the start.
How do you enjoy spending your free time?
I no longer have any between children and work.
What is something about you that not a lot of people know?
I have been to 17 countries outside the US and I like all of them better than the US.
