What are your current responsibilities at XL.net?
I spend my time on the front lines at XL.net. Often the first point of contact, my responsibilities include initiating the process of resolving clients’ issues, supporting the team during the process and keeping our clients informed every step of the way!
What do you like the most about working at XL.net?
XL.net is a family of exceptional people and I feel beyond lucky to be part of such an amazing team. My favorite part of the job is making peoples’ lives easier, and I get to do it surrounded by the creme de la creme in the industry!
How do you enjoy spending your free time?
I love Doctor Who and crocheting! I spend my free time soaking up the sun during the day then reading or watching sci-fi/fantasy and studying at night to learn the next thing on my long list of interests.
What is something about you that not a lot of people know?
I once crocheted a 3-D Tardis!
