What are your current responsibilities at XL.net?
My current responsibility in XL.net is to lead and supervise the Service Desk Afterhours shift. Ensuring all requests and issues are handled professionally and on a timely manner. And to continue providing quality service to our clients.
What do you like the most about working at XL.net?
Being in the corporate world for almost 13 years, I can say that XL.net is composed of the most positive, exciting, inspiring, growing, supportive and talented group of people!
Everyone is knowledgeable and responsible on their respective field and usually go and beyond to help each other. Everybody is working as a team and the culture is really awesome. Considered myself fortunate to be part of this group of exceptional people. XL.net is really defined under e-X-c-e-l-L-E-N-T!
How do you enjoy spending your free time?
In my free time, I usually spend quality time with my wife and kids. And whenever possible, I hop into my motorcycle and ride a few hundred miles around the region. And when I’m done with playing with the kids and the weather is not that good for a motorcycle ride, I spend hours on either sleeping or playing video games with friends.
What is something about you that not a lot of people know?
Not everyone knows but I am bit of an overthinker. It has is pros and cons, but I tend to make good use of it. Whenever I overthink about something, I can get to prepare and put backups in place to avoid the scary scenarios that I’ve thought.
